Overview

Six months ago, Blink was engaged by a well-established brand known for its strong presence on Amazon but historically weak direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. The brand set an ambitious target: increase its revenue from approximately £5k per month to £100k per month within 24 months. This project was notable as it marked the first time the Blink team leveraged Macaroni from the outset.

Macaroni significantly enhanced our productivity throughout this campaign, primarily by focusing on creating and optimising new category pages, which we discovered account for nearly 60% of organic revenue. Our goal was not only to meet but to exceed the forecasted growth targets.

The Challenge

The brand faced several challenges:

  • Enhanced Navigation: Improved navigation and site structure to help users find products more easily, boosting user engagement and conversion rates.

Content & SEO:

  • Keyword Optimisation: We refined keyword strategies to capture high-intent traffic, aligning content with user search behavior.
  • Regular SEO Audits: Conducted frequent technical SEO audits to ensure optimal site performance and fast loading times, essential for both SEO rankings and user experience.
  • Targeted Content Creation: Developed content tailored to high-converting keywords, driving significant increases in organic traffic.
